Twilight Bar, Urb. La Marina - Restaurant, Bars, Recommendations

cant say the best meal ive ever had on urb (when you compare steaks at ramons and grill house ) but i do agree with you that they deserve to do well and ive told them on a couple of occasions,and their breakfasts are great and superb value.
and we wish them every success too.

Pauls place also took some beating hope he opens up another place soon. I know Bonnies is up for sale or on lease/rent.

I was last out in La Marina in Feb an didn't see this place. Coming again in May, where is it? Thanks

it was zodiacs next to pet shop just before going down to consum square,you wont be dissapointed.

jonjac.......spoke to lorraina,pauls girlfreind (ramons daughter) and she told me that paul will not be opening his own place anytime soon,and that in fact he is working in new italian restaraunt.

Thanks for that KateandBob, we'll give it a try. It never fails to amaze me the number of changes that can happen to bars in just 2/3 months!

its a job to keep up isnt it tanny? lol.........you will notice another couple of changes aswell next time!

Like Hogs Head - changing hands this weekend I believe.

Totally agree with you Bob! I've had the steak pie twice too, and it really is superb.

Sadly, I'm on a diet quite a lot of the time which prevents me from drinking and eating the sort of lovely cuisine that Jayne produces, but I'll be doing justice to it again as soon as I can!

Can only agree with the positive reviews made here on the quality and quantity of the food served . Add to that the friendliness of all the staff and owners and we have a really great addition to our selection of bars to visit . As mentioned the steak pie is probably one of the very best I have ever tasted !!

it is a great bar,try the quiz night with Brian and Julie,you wont stop laughing.

Went for breakfast last Sunday on recommendation. Bacon was nearly raw , cheap sausage , black pudding ish hash brown ish overall a little disappointed . Service was great but felt using cheap products. Had a much better brekkie on the strip day before
