Aquagest Levante online - problem trying to register

Whatsapp

Posted: Mon Aug 12, 2013 1:40pm

I am currently trying to sign up for the online service from Aquagest and I am not having a great deal of success. My latest bill has just arrived and I notice in the NIF cliente there is nothing there so I entered my NIE, I then entered the Num contrato which is a 6 digit number with a full stop in the middle, incidentally this is a different number to the one on a bill dated back in Oct 2007. I keep getting an error message asking for the contract number. I have looked back on the forum and have seen that this topic has been covered a few years back, but I can't find an answer to my problem. I would be really grateful if anyone can point me in the right direction, as it will be handy to have the online service, especially when I go back to the UK. Many thanks.

Unfortunately, I didn't keep notes when I originally signed up for the virtual office - I just put details on this forum.

I assume you've seen that post, but there are two specific point to observe.

On looking at the virtual office, it shows my NIE number in the normal alpha-numeric form, but without the dashes that appear on my NIE.

The contract number online is just the 6 digit number - you miss out the full stop.

Try again, observing the above.

For type of document, try using NIE and also NIF.

If you're entering the amount of the bill, use a comma to separate the euros and cents.

If you're willing to do so, send me some details by PM and I'll have a play.

I'd need NIE number, contract number, last four digits of the account number from which bills are paid, number and amount of last bill.

Also your email address.

Like Jim I also registered a while ago, but had no problems. I have just had a look at the registration page and notice that it gives the option to enter your passport number instead of NIE. This maybe worth a try.

Good luck.

I think they have recently reorganised their "virtual office". I had an e-mail asking me to re-register via agbar.net and changed to new password at the same time. Unfortunately I didn't keep the e-mail once I'd got it working again. They may be rolling it out by area.

I now access the bills via (aquagestlevante-aguasonline.agbar.net) using a "user-name" and "password".

Maybe this is why you are having trouble and a trip to the office is the only answer. We're lucky in Pego as it is a small and friendly office and they've always been helpful in the past.

Sorry i can't be more explicit!

These details now out of date - the blighters have changed it all again!!

Well done that man!

Like most of the Spanish utilities, they all have their quirks and you just have to keep trying all the options.

It still bugs me that on two of the big company websites, I have to change the dropdown from NIE to Tarjeta de Residencia before it will accept my login - why? It's the same number in each case.

I'm new to this Forum but came across it whilst looking for Aguagest. I wondered if the company has changed its name. My bank account is showing a quarterly payment to EST but there are no further payments to Aguagest, so assume this is now EST. Is this correct? Also it would be useful to get the bills on line as currently they go to our solicitor in Alicante who never forwards them to us in the UK. How do I get to register for on-line billing? Can't seem to find their home page. Any help would be appreciated. Many thanks.

They turned into Hidraqua quite recently, and in doing so initially stuffed up the ability to log into your account.

Register here:

https://hidraqua.agu...es/particulares

If your account number has a stop in the middle of it, omit the stop when entering your account number.

If your original NIE shows a different format of number to that shown on your bills, enter it as shown on the bills.

Let us know if you have any problems.

Yup - still stuffed up on one log-in page:

https://hidraqua.agu...eb/guest/inicio

However, I can successfully log-in at:

https://hidraqua.aguasonline.es/inicio

Be interesting to hear if anyone else is experiencing the same.

Whilst trying to register on-line billing with Hidraqua today I had to walk away from my laptop twice as it was so frustrating. However I persevered and by removing the full-stops on my contract number, using my NIF number (which comes up as foreigners) and then entering the very long number of my last bill, I was then accepted. I then had to generate my own password, so I used the same one as Ibedrola generated for me. Ibedrola by the way took 3 minutes from start to finish.

It's all part of the joys of living in Spain, andoreed. They're so obsessed with massive amounts of paperwork, with lots of hurdles to jump through, that they've tried to continue this onto their websites.

The only Spanish website which I think is really good is that of Agencia Tributaria.

If you're ever in La 'U' on a Saturday around midday, I'll likely be there - stop by and say hello.

Hi everyone

I have property in la Marina but am in UK till Sunday and have been cut off by Hidraqua

Does anyone have a contact number for them or know if they have a UK contact address or anyway I can get in touch with them. I don't speak Spanish and can't read Spanish either.

Please help

David
