Does anyone know if the indain-asian shop in torrevieja re located or just closed down.
Or if there are anymore anywere

We used to go to the spice hut there,it was at the far end just on the front.It doubled as a resturaunt and spice shop, it relocated to Quesada but only as a resturaunt as far as I know.
It may not be the one you were thinking of but it may be worth looking on the Torrevieja forum.

Hi Laura 1985...We used the 'spice hut shop' in torrevieja for awhile but then it moved to Quesada. Since then we have been to the restaurant at Quesada and they are only too happy to sell you whatever spices you want. In fact they only had bulk packets of some spice we wanted but the owner ( a charming lady) was quite happy to weigh out the amount I wanted. If you want to know where the Spice Hut is let me know and I'll give directions...although it's ...go through the Quesada arch, follow the road up the hill and bare right near the top..the restaurant is on the left a bit further up. Hope this helps.

Great information! I usually bring mine back from the UK after the Torrevieja shop closed, it's good to know I can get what I need in Quesada.

This is something we were thinking of , are there not many around?. We were thinking of a small specialised dried herbs/spices shop?.

You get loads of spices & herbs from a Spanish stall in La Marina market - not Indian or Chinese though.

There was an Asian shop right near the Aqua Park in Torrevieja, but I think it has gone now. I was wondering if there was another one somewhere...no one know??.

As mentioned above..... The Spice Hut in Quesada will sell you all of the spices you could possibly require including some of the rarer type.

I need a shop to browse around really, just to see what is available. Thanks for the tip about the Spice Hut.
