HELSTON SCHOOL JAZZ ORCHESTRA

PLEASE CIRCULATE THIS INFORMATION AS WIDELY AS POSSIBLE SO THAT EVERYONE GET THE OPPORTUNITY OF ENJOYING THE UNIQUE SOUNDS OF THE "HELSTON SCHOOL JAZZ ORCHESTRA".

This unique, award-winning band is made up from student musicians who attend the Helston Secondary School in Cornwall. The musicians are aged betwen 14 and 18 years but their standard of music belies their tender age.

They offer an extensive repertoire of music, principally in the 'BIG BAND' style and include in their ranks some very talented solo singers. All concerts are free except for those who wish to enjoy the comfortable seating of Torrevieja's municipal theatre and support the Alzheimer's Association with a token 3 euros donation on SUNDAY 1st AUGUST at 21.00h. (advance tickets from the municipal ticket office, or "at the door" if still available).
