How nice to get a member from up that way. You must tell us a bit about your area as I don´t know it at all. Hopefully you can persuade a few of your friends/neighbours to join us here in the forums so that more from your region can help each other out. :D

Hello from La Pinilla in Murcia. We have recently bought a second home in La Marina and need to get all the info ready for when we move there full time in a couple of years
.
We have lived in Murcia for seven years but always had a soft spot for Costa Blanca since we bought our first Holiday home in Quesada 15 years ago. Where did the time go ?

Looking forward to trying out all the restaurants described on the forum. Made me feel quite hungry reading them all.

We are coming for a holiday in June our first visit to Spain and staying in La Marina Urb.
Looking to see as much as possible in the time we are there so any advice on available excursions, sightseeing tours etc greatly recieved!
we are not using a hire car so have to use public transport to get around!!
Also advice on great places to eat locally would be brilliant! Thanks in advance if anyone can help?

Hello. I will be spending this weekend in la Marina Fri-Mon and wondered where to go in the evenings for dinner and a drink. I have a couple of kids (2 and 13) so would be good to keep them entertained too. I have been before and ventured around the Chief oNeills and the little consum square.. I know there is another little square near by with a 'grill house' and other restuarants.. I think we eneded up in a place called Anandas. Just wondering whether this is the area to head too seeing as its out of season, so I wasnt too sure. Thanks Martin.
