Hello everyone, I am back posting after a two year posting "holiday" !

Can anyone offer definative instructions should a contract phone be lost or stolen? I have no idea who to contact and guess under those circumstances, it's no use having movistar's mobile number as everyone seems to call from their mobiles!

HELP! thanks, Chris.

Hi landlady, that's helpful, thanks. I have printed the info, but still no Movistar telephone number. The one quoted is the 4 digit one we call from the mobile itself.
Surely they must have a land-line, I'll check my last bill!

Thanks, Chris.
